Halloween still :P 10/31/2010

Well I just went crazy adopting pets!!!! :P Now I have tons of pets on my side bar so I thought I would go through and tell you what each one does :)

Garret the Turtle- Click on his back leg and he walks.  He will keep walking with each click of his back leg until the edge of the rock, he'll turn around and you can keep clicking. Click on his face, he goes inside his shell.  Then wait and he'll come out.  Click the water and he'll swim around.  Then click the rock and he'll go back on the rock.

Scribbly the Pencil- Click anywhere on the white space and he'll draw.  Do this as many times as you'd like wherever you'd like as long as it's the white space around him.  After a while the eraser will start to erase your drawings but you can keep scribbling anyway.

Flicker the Light- (HAHAHA! Isn't his name so funny??? X)) Click on him and the light goes off.  Click on him again and the light goes back on.

Choppy the Scissors- Make a clicking trail on the white space around her, she follows it while chopping.

Hypers the Sloth- First of all, Hypers is November's holiday pet but they didn't have a turkey so I just went with a sloth.  Click on him and he moves a little.  But he won't wake up.

Flickers the Hamster- Click on him and he starts running in the wheel.  Click on him again and he stops running.  Wait and he gets off the wheel.

I love all my pets! They're so fun! Enjoy!

HALLOWEEN! :D 10/31/2010

So today I spent my whole morning in the kitchen :) Doing what? Making meringue kisses! :D :D :D

Once again, they kind of sucked.  But they were way better than last times! :) They didn't come off the pan so easily, they tore the paper a lot.  :D BUT!  Since the egg whites were weird, after the thirty minutes of cooking, they were still moist, not even close to dry.  So I haaaaaad to brown them in order to get them dry (the recipe says DON'T BROWN) and I'm so glad I did!!!!! :D Since I browned them, they tasted and felt like roasted marshmallows! :9 I made some big ones that tasted even more like roasted marshmallows cause they were crispy on the outside and gooey on the inside... but those wouldn't come off the paper so I had to throw them away :(  About 25 little ones survived though and my parents and I ate a few.  Then I wrapped all the rest of them in cute little bags with ribbons.  I'm giving them to friends tomorrow :)

Want some piccies of the kisses???!! I'm sure Megan does :P  Here's a couple blurry pics of going in the oven! :D

So yuuuuup! :D They turned out looking kinda funny...

But they were tasty! :)  So I do recommend this recipe but I would change it from 30 minutes to 45 so they taste like roasted marshmallows :)

So......... uhhhhh... I forgot part of my costume at school so I won't really be dressing up today.  I dressed up on Friday for school though! :P  But it don't matter, nobody trick or treats at our place anyway :)

Oh! And I'm writing another story :)  So there'll be more on that sometime soon.  Btw congrats to my friend Amy for all the good things that are happening for her lately :) ♥ you Ames! :D

Saturday Morning :) 10/30/2010

Hello, good morning! :D

I haven't blogged in a couple days because I'm doing the play now! :D Our first performance was on Thursday and we did another one last night and we have two more today :) Then on Monday night we have our closing night one.  :D  On Thursday it was really fun and I was dancing backstage for about a half an hour straight because I was so chizzing freaking excited and it got everyone else excited too so there was a big group of random cast back stage doing the lawn mower, shopping cart, sprinkler and such.  Then during my scene I was super scared and I couldn't breathe but when I went on I think I did okay :)

Last night sucked, it was good acting and an okay audience but there was LOADS of little mistakes.  We'll do better today, I'm sure :D In like an hour I have to leave and get to the school because we have a 2:00 matinee today! :D I'm excited because a lot of my teachers and my sissy are coming today to the matinee so I'll do extra good to impress them all! :D  Oooo, and last night I had no stage fright whatsoever and that's always been like my number one issue for performing.  But after opening night I realized they're there to watch us and be entertained and amazed, not to make fun or judge, they want to see the talent we all have to give and they don't notice the mistakes as much as we think.  I've been holding myself back my whole life because of stage fright but now I'm done. :)  I know I might get it again once in a while but I know it will never be as bad as Thursday night, because I've finally discovered I can just let myself go now and silence a room with my energy. :) It feels really good.

I think it was Monday, Tuesday and Wednesday that it snowed.  YEAH! It snowed!!!!!!!!! >:( I was angry, it's not even Halloween yet.  We deserve at least another month of autumn.  Or at least another two weeks, I mean, Thanksgiving needs to have beautiful multi-colored leaves on the ground, not obnoxious and stupid white snow. Now the weather is getting better (knock on wood) But I'm angry that it snowed in the first place :(

Hey!!!!!!!!!! Happy late birthday to Megan!!!! I hope you enjoyed all your presents and had an AMAZING day!! :)

I want to say that I love my school because last night it really felt good to have everyone complimenting my acting and walking around with Shakespeare caused tears :) It confirmed my dreams just a little bit more :P And I love my parents because they are the ones that handed this opportunity to me. :)

My recipe today isssssssss.... (from Lovin' From the Oven)

Chocolate Chip Pretzel Cookies

  • 1 1/2 cups of all purpose flour
  • 1/2 tsp. of salt
  • 1/4 tsp. of baking soda
  • 1/2 cup of butter at room temperature
  • 1/2 cup of tightly packed light brown sugar
  • 1/3 cup of granulated sugar
  • 1 egg
  • 1 tsp vanilla extract
  • 1 cup milk chocolate chips
  • 1/2 cup broken up pretzel pieces
  1. In a separate bowl, mix together the flour, baking soda, and salt. Set aside.
  2. Beat the butter and sugars together until well blended. On low speed, slowly add the beaten egg and vanilla extract until combined.
  3. Add the flour mixture to the wet mixture until the batter comes together. Stir in the chocolate chips, and pretzels. Cover and refrigerate for at least an hour.
  4. Preheat the oven to 350F. Form the dough into balls and place on baking sheet. Bake for 10 minutes.

Yummy! Enjoy! :)

Omg, I have a problem.  Whenever I do my blog posts I end up spending 20 minutes minimum on other peoples blogs!!! I get so addicted to cooking blogs and I can't stop reading all the recipes!  Please help me stop my addiction! If you can! :P  By this I mean, when you comment go ahead and leave a link to one of your favorite blogs please! :) I try to open my mind to new blogs and search around but I always get stuck on cooking blogs! :P  Thanks :)

Have a good day everyone, and remember:

A goal that isn't written down isn't a dream, it's just wishful thinking.

My goal in life is to stay as happy as I am now. :)

Monday Night?!?! 10/25/2010

Well first of all, I log onto Blogger and I've got three new comments and almost everyone I follow had a new post!!!!! Geez! Exciting! :D I've never known a Monday to be such a thrill! :P I loved all the comments, it made me so happy that people were reading my posts! :P  And I commented on Crave. Indulge. Satisfy. and guess what?!?! She came onto my blog and replied!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!! I was so excited because to me she seems like totally famous ::high pitched giggles::  I mean, it wasn't personal or anything but she actually answered my question and I felt really special!! And Megan ♥ keeps commenting on my blog, she's really fun to comment back and forth with :P Plus, she follows my mom too so there's this little circle between us! :P

I love when I enter blogger to so much joy and great findings! :D

This morning I passed out my little cookies to some random people because it only made eight little bags so I couldn't pass them out to the play cast.  It was exciting because everyone was oohing and aahing and yumming and other people were getting jealous they didn't get any!  I mean, I felt bad but it was great! ^-^

In first period I did a little quiz on that I feel pretty good about! :P  Then we had to make these cube things and we had half an hour to figure that out but we literally finished that in less than five minutes. :)  So I held a rat, glared at the cockroaches, petted a snake, avoided a tarantula, and HELD A RABBIT! :D Biology class pets are great ^-^ I used to have a rabbit so it was really super comforting and awesome to hold the bunny in class :') ::happy tears:: Jk, but I did sorta feel a bunny connection :P

In second period we learned about Hitler >:( and we also watched a movie on the Berlin wall falling thingy which is coming up again.

We're doing pirouettes now!!!!!!!!! :D I know they're not THAT big of a deal, but they sort of are, you know?  I can do it fine on the right, I can actually spot too! :D But on the left I kind of mess up my posse and then drop it early :P  Practice, I know.

Uhh in math we did some fun problems :)  So yep! :D

I guess I'll put recipes from Crave. Indulge. Satisfy. tonight since she commented on my post! ^-^  Yeep!!!

Granola Bars! :D Peanut Butter kind too! :P Of course from Crave. Indulge. Satisfy.

Peanut Butter Granola Bars (Giada DeLaurentiis)

-vegetable cooking spray
-1 egg white
-1/2 cup chunky peanut butter
-1/3 cup brown sugar
-1/4 cup honey
-1/2 cup (1 stick) unsalted butter, melted
-2 cups old fashioned oats
-1/4 cup slivered almonds, toasted, *see cook's note
-1/3 cup miniature chocolate chips

  • Position an oven rack in the middle of the oven. Preheat oven to 350 degrees.
  • Spray a 9 x 9 baking pan with cooking spray. Lay parchment paper in the pan, allowing the excess paper to hang over the sides. Spray the parchment paper lightly with cooking spray.
  • In a medium bowl, using a hand beater, beat the egg white until frothy. Stir in the peanut butter, brown sugar and honey. Add the melted butter, oats and almonds. Stir to combine, then add the chocolate chips.
  • Using a rubber spatula, spread mixture into the prepared baking pan, pressing lightly to form an even layer. Bake until the edge of the mixture begins to brown, about 15 minutes. Remove from the oven and let cool for at least 1 hour. Cut into 1 1/2-inch squares and serve.
  • *Cook's Note: To toast almonds, arrange in a single layer on a baking sheet. Bake in a preheated 350 degree oven until lightly browned, about 8 to 10 minutes.
And I HATE granola bars, the only ones I like are the Koshi ones with lots and lots of nuts, no raisins, no disgusting honey syrup flavor.  But everyone else I know loves them so I thought I'd post a recipe that you might like! I would even be willing to try this recipe, it looks so beautiful and everything!

Another recipe?? Okay :)  Just cause you said please :) Once again, from Crave. Indulge. Satisfy.

Triple Chocolate Walnut Biscotti (adapted from Wilton Cookie Exchange book)

1 1/4 cups all-purpose flour
1/2 cup granulated sugar
1/3 cup unsweetened cocoa powder
1 1/2 teaspoons baking powder
1/4 teaspoon salt
2 eggs, lightly beaten
1/4 cup (1/2 stick) butter, melted
1 teaspoon vanilla extract
1/4 cup white chocolate chips
1/2 cup milk chocolate chips
1/2 cup chopped walnuts

  • Preheat oven to 350 degrees. Line cookie sheet with parchment paper.
  • In large bowl, combine flour, sugar, cocoa powder, baking powder, baking soda and salt; mix well. In small bowl, combine eggs, butter and vanilla.
  • With electric mixer on low speed, gradually add egg mixture to flour mixture; mix until well blended.
  • Stir in 1/4 cup white chocolate and 1/2 cup milk chocolate chips and 1/2 cup chopped walnuts.
  • On lightly floured work surface, knead dough until smooth. Roll into a 12 in log; place in middle of prepared cookie sheet.
  • Bake 25-28 minutes or until firm to the touch.
  • Cool log 30 minutes on cookie sheet. Slice into 1/2 in. thick pieces.
  • Place slices cut side up on cookie sheet.
  • Reduce oven temperature to 300 degrees.
  • Bake biscotti an additional 15-20 minutes or until firm. Cool 10 minutes on cookie sheet; remove to cooling grid to cool completely.
  • Drizzle with melted chocolate. (optional)
  • Makes about 2 dozen biscotti.
I never tried Biscotti until I went to a book store last year and it's sooo good!!!!!! :D

So any hoo! :)  Night everybody, thanks for making me feel loved by reading my blog! :)

Sunday Evening :) 10/24/2010

I WANT PIE!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!

Hi! :)  Today was not much to report about, just read a couple books! :)  I read Rosie and Skate by Beth Ann Bauman and Life in the Fat Lane by Cherie Bennett.  Both were good, but not great :P  I would say Rosie and Skate was best out of the two.  Life in the Fat Lane was just really frustrating and then the ending was really lame but it has a few interesting moments.  :)

The meringue kisses were weird!!!  They were okay tasting but uhh...  I shouldn't have changed it to lemon, I should have left it with peppermint.  They all cracked when they baked.  So the recipe that I posted on of the Peppermint Meringue Kisses SUCKS and please do not use it!!!!!!  My mom found another recipe for them though (a SIMPLER recipe as well) and I will probably try those next weekend.  If those turn out good I will post pictures :D Still, since they tasted okay I'm going to take them to my cast and let them snack on them! :D and are the three blogs I commented on tonight!!!! :D

Recipe tonight from and it's Pizza Bagel Bites but she made them out of actual bagels so there's more than just a bite :P  Enjoy!

pizza bagel bites recipe blog
Pizza Bagel Bites
2 plain bagels, split
1 small jar pizza sauce
1 pkg pepperoni slices
3/4 cup diced fully cooked ham
1/4 cup real bacon bits
1 cup shredded mozzarella cheese
Preheat oven to 400. Place bagels face up on a baking sheet. Spread with pizza sauce. Arrange five to seven slices of pepperoni on each, covering the bagel hole with one slice. Top each with ham, bacon and cheese. Bake at 400 for 12-14 minutes or until cheese is melted.

I think I'm done with random facts for a few days! :)  Sorry, :P This upcoming Thursday our first performance for Julia Caesar!! So scared! But excited! :D

Goodnight, sleep tight!

Saturday NIGHT! 10/23/2010

Hello and good evening! :D  I think this is the latest I've ever posted a blog before :)

Today was kind of a boring day because I'm grounded but I did a lot of knitting and now I'm a HUGE step closer to being done with my surprise project! :D At 3ish, we all went to the thrift store to get stuff for Halloween costumes!! Our whole family is matching ^-^ Since I know my mom wants it to be a surprise, I won't tell you what we all are! :)  But it's cute :)  Oh and remember how I said I would start indenting my paragraphs?  Well since my blog is like my journal, I'm not gonna! :D  I always forget.  It's not like I forget on important writing projects or anything, so :)

Thennnn my Momma and I went to the library!!!!!!! :DDDD  I got my book, Torment by Lauren Kate from the library!!!!  It's brand new and crisp and fresh and anxious to be read! :D  It's the sequel to the first book, Fallen.  It's one of my favorite books so I'm excited to start reading it tomorrow!!!

I also got a book called Show & Tell by Dilys Evans.  It's a book that contains awesome information about children's books illustrators and how they got to where they are.  It has information on my favorite author, David Shannon who wrote and illustrated No, David! :D That's my favorite book as well.  He illustrated a few other books and it was so amazing to read about how he got started and the adventures he went through to get to where he is now.  It turns out No, David! was written when he was five :D  It even has pictures of the drawings he drew for it when he was five! :)  I think that's so precious that that book is such a statement of his childhood imagination and the things he was capable of at such a young age!

I got two knitting books that have got me going crazy to start knitting so many things, but I HAVE to get my surprise project done first.  I have to.  Maybe.  Maybe... maybe I could start one other thing while I'm doing this.  Maybe.  No!  I will not become on of those knitters.  ::Sneers::  Jk but really, I really need to get this project done first.  I got a couple other for fun books that I will tell you if I like them :)

Guess what?!  My kisses are in the oven right now!!!!!  I replaced the peppermint extract with lemon and the red food coloring with yellow.  Hey, it's a good change right?  Lemon is always tasty!  Buuut, when I was whipping the meringue together it never made stiff peaks :(  It got fluffy but not nearly enough.  I eventually gave up even after my dad tried helping because it just wasn't going anywhere!!  So they might be kinda weird, but hey at least I'm making them for the first time now instead of at Christmas so I have time to perfect the recipe, right?  I think (like my dad said) that the simmering water it sat on was either to cool or hot.  They'll still probably be yummy, we'll see :)

Oh yeah and my Nana bought me a St. Louis Cardinals baseball hat for my Halloween costume so I feel bad for changing my Halloween costume :(  Oh well, at least I'll have it just to wear! :D Thanks, Nana Banana!

Omg, omg, omg I guess I will have to super speed knit tonight so I can start on another project tomorrow because I REAAALLLYYYY want to make this little thingy that will also be a surprise! :D  Mom, you're gonna be proud of me! :)

Recipe tonight :)  From

easy breakfast casserole

Breakfast Casserole
1 pkg croissant rolls
1 lb mild sausage
6 eggs, beaten
2 cups shredded cheddar cheese
Preheat oven to 350. Spray 9×13 baking dish with Pam. Brown sausage in skillet. Spread croissant dough in bottom of 9×13 dish. Add sausage, then pour eggs over sausage. Generously top with cheese. Bake at 350 for 30 minutes.

Friday Night! :D 10/22/2010

Hello! :)

Today was a uber duber good day :D  In first period I had to sing by myself (Remember me blogging about this last night?) well I was crying in class because I was so nervous but eventually I just stood up and went in front of the whole class! :D People who were singing before me just made my crying worse because they were all so good! :P I've never sang in front of my parents so to sing in front of a whole class room with over 25 students was like the biggest thing EVER.  Even though I sucked, I'm really proud of myself.

In second period a guy from Cornish College Of The Arts came to teach us about their college.  AMG!  I want to go there now :) They have a visual AND fine arts program there, they're one of the only places that does that!!!!! Impressive, yesh??? It's like 26 thousand a year but gets cheaper each year you're there.  Plus, if your audition is good they immediately start giving you scholarships! It's required that you stay in one of their dorms your freshman year and it's like 8 thousand so yeah, this place is a bit expensive.  But who knows all the scholarships I could get, right?! Plus, what if this place makes me successful and happy for the rest of my life?  It won't matter that it's expensive then! Their dance system is mainly Ballet and Modern.  Guess what???  It's not required that you EVER do pointe if you major in dance with ballet!  That's pretty cool I think.  All of their other dance classes seem amazing as well.  Their directing classes are offered to you when you're a junior as well as film classes.  A graduate from their college is now an actor on the show you've all heard of; Dexter. :D  Doesn't this place sound amazing??  I can't remember all he said but when he was telling us about it I couldn't help going crazy in my head imagining the things I could learn and do and the goals I could achieve(thanks Daddy for telling me how to spell that!) there!  Their academics are also related very much with fine arts.  What I mean is like all of the classes are taught in a way that it applies to our artistic talents and in ways that we can use them on the stage.  I am just so excited to apply for college, you don't even know.  This has got me bouncing off walls :D

So!! Then I had lunch and then my last two classes, whoop whoop! :D During rehearsal we did our first full run through and the whole time during Part 2 while I was waiting for my part I had to pee SO BAD.  Then I realized there's a toilet in the dressing room behind the stage :P  I felt silly.  At least I got to pee before I went on stage! X)  Starting Monday is our first dress rehearsal :O  also, Monday we have normal rehearsal time (3:35-6:00) but then on TUESDAY we have rehearsal from 3:35 to 9:30/10:00 at NIGHT!  I will have to pack DINNER to eat at rehearsal!  Isn't that crazy?  The week before performance is always funnest though in everyone Else's opinion so we'll see how things go!

Do you want a recipe yet, darlings??  Okay :) It's from Crave. Indulge. Satisfy and she got it from Betty Crocker :)

Streusel In-Between Pumpkin Cake (Betty Crocker)

1/2 cup packed brown sugar
2 tablspoons all-purpose flour
1 teaspoon ground cinnamon
1/4 teaspoon pumpkin pie spice
1 tablespoon butter or margarine, softened

3 cups all-purpose flour
2 teaspoons baking soda
1 tablespoon ground cinnamon
1 teaspoon salt
1 cup butter or margarine, softened
2 cups granulated sugar
4 eggs
1 cup canned pumpkin (not pumpkin pie mix)
1 cup sour cream
1 teaspoon vanilla
Powdered sugar, if desired
  • Heat oven to 350 degrees. Grease 12-cup fluted tube cake pan with shortening; lightly flour. In small bowl, stir all streusel ingredients until crumbly, set aside.
  • In medium bowl, mix flour, baking soda, cinnamon and salt; set aside. In large bowl, beat butter and granulated sugar with electric mixer on medium speed, scraping bowl occasionally, until creamy. Add eggs, two at a time, beating well after each addition. Beat in pumpkin, sour cream and vanilla. Gradually beat in flour mixture on low speed until blended.
  • Spread half of the batter in pan. Sprinkle streusel over batter, making sure streusel does not touch side of pan. Top with remaining batter, making sure batter layer touches side of pan.
  • Bake 58 to 62 minutes or until toothpick inserted in cake comes out clean. Cool 30 minutes; remove from pan to cooling rack. Cool completely, about 2 hours. Sprinkle with powdered sugar.
  • Makes 16 servings.

And no random facts tonight, I'm too tired :P

Sweet dreams :)

Thursday Night! :DDD 10/21/2010

OMG! Look at my post on Thursday Night! :D10/14/2010!!!!!!!!  Agatha commented on it and it made me really happy! :D             ^-^ Also, on my previous post, Wednesday Night! 10/20/2010 Megan commented and made me smile as well!!! Yeesh!  I feel so loved! ^-^ (By the way, don't feel like you're sucking up to me if you comment on this post too!  I would think it was totally normal!) :)

This morning was fun, since I get to school early I hang out with a friend that also gets there early and we had fun! :D Then in first period I actually enjoyed Biology FOR THE FIRST TIME!

In German class GUESS WHAT?!  We played a buzzer game and on round two (three questions each round and the correct answer earns how many points the round is, so in this case two) and I got TWO OF THOSE QUESTIONS for my team! :D Herr Hardy would say a body part and whoever buzzed in first had to say it in German.  Then during the "Germanator" each team had to pick a person to participate in it.  They picked me.  There was three questions and each one you won earned you TEN points!!  If you answered incorrectly you lost ten points though!! The first two questions I forgot to even try to hit the buzzer because I was so nervous but on the third on I answered correctly with Neck (Nacken) and scored our winning points!!!!!!!!  We won with 36 points!  I was glowing :))

Ballet was amazing today!! We didn't even dance!!! Lol, we did but only a little. When we started with stretching nobody was doing it right and she stopped us and took up about 45 minutes teaching us the routine and getting mad that we should already know it perfectly and then going into this big discussion about muscle injuries and how to take care of them and what to stretch and what not to stretch.  That discussion ended up being really fun! :D So we did our stretches and then went to barre and did our warm ups (like twenty minutes of plies, tondus, releve eleves, fondu and such) and then went to center to do big stretches!!!!! :D The music she played for that was really slow but relaxing and I don't even know how to explain it, I'm going to ask her for her playlist! We did some really nice stretches and that was the most pleasurably zen I have ever been in my life, it was amazing.

Then lunch :))  Always fun! Then math, we were given ten minutes to do these simple four problems and since I got done with those in like two minutes I ended up finishing almost the whole packet!! The rest of the packet was our homework! :D That means I have like only two problems to do for the whole weekend!

Tomorrow I'm singing with an accompanist in voice all by myself! YIKES! I'm singing When I Fall In Love which makes it all better, right?! ^-^

I'm going to tell you who my five best friends are today :D (1)Aleec, (however you spell your name!) you're awesome and funny and really obsessed with anime! :) (2)Amanda, you're really adorable and amazing in ballet and you're one of the nicest friends I have! :D (3)Randy, you're really silly and funny, it's fun hanging out with you! (4)Noah, you're super DUPER weird and it's totally awesome!  Plus you taught me that Randy is JUST  guitar player. :PP Hahaha, inside joke!  (5)Anthony, you're my honey child! X) You're the coolest guy ever and I like your soprano voice in our singing class!

Wednesday Night! 10/20/2010

First of all, I've made a new rule that I will comment on three DIFFERENT blogs every Sunday and Wednesday!!!! :D

Hello and welcome to Kranberrie's Juicies! ♥♥♥

So! Today was great, but just great! :]] It was 'Gays and Lesbians support day' or something so it was I guess a requirement to wear purple! I don't know who made this up but I wore purple because I totally support them! :D Especially because of Zack! :D ♥ Zack's a pretty darn cool friend :P

Uhhhhhh... So yup!  I'm thinking.. one of the recipes that I'm so anxious to bake around Christmas time needs to be tested! :]] Since I totally cannot wait to make all of those amazing recipes then I think I will try out one during this month or early November because if I make them right before Christmas and they're nasty then that would be a big shame, wouldn't it?! ;]]  I will be making Peppermint Meringue Kisses from one of my favorite blogs! ^-^ Plus they're so cute and small and only requires THREE INGREDIENTS.  THREE. Plus it makes SEVENTY TWO, 72, seventy plus chizzing two of those cute little kisses! They're perfect treats for coworkers or schoolmates! :D

My recipe(s?) tonight is (are?) from Crave. Indulge. Satisfy.  LIKE ALWAYS! :P I might need to start looking for new recipes this weekend because I don't like always getting them from the same place! :P Though the places I get them are UHMAYZING! (And yes, I'm mostly only doing fall and Christmas dessert recipes now.) Tehe, she got this recipe from a different site too! :P

  • Spoon batter into lined muffin cups. Bake for 20 minutes, or until a knife inserted in the middle of a cupcake comes out clean. Less time will be needed if you are making mini-cupcakes. When cupcakes are removed from oven, let them sit for about 10 minutes, then remove them to cool completely on wire rack.
  • Meanwhile prepare the cream cheese frosting: In a medium bowl beat together all ingredients.

YUHMEEEEEEE! :D So yes, you guessed right, I have two recipes tonight! ^-^ Tehehehe! So excited to share this one with you!  GUESS WHAT IT IS! :D :D :D :D

Yup! Peppermint Meringue Kisses!!!!!!!!! :DDDD

Peppermint Meringue Kisses

3 large egg whites
3/4 cup sugar
1/2 teaspoon peppermint extract
red food coloring

  • Put egg whites and sugar into a heatproof bowl set over a pan of simmering water. Heat, whisking constantly, until sugar is dissolved about 2 to 3 minutes.
  • Transfer egg-white mixture to the bowl of an electric mixer fitted with the whisk attachment. Beat on medium-high speed until stiff peaks form, about 15 minutes.
  • Beat in peppermint extract and food coloring 1 drop at a time, to achieve desired shade. (I wanted a light pink color).
  • Preheat oven to 175 degrees. Transfer meringue to pastry bag fitted with Wilton star tip 1M. Pipe 1-inch spiraled mounds with peaked tops onto baking sheets lined with parchment paper, spacing 1 inch apart.
  • Bake until meringues are crisp and can be removed easily from parchment, about 1 hour 40 minutes. Let cool on sheets on wire racks. Store in layers between pieces of parchment paper in airtight containers up to 1 week.
  • Makes 6 dozen.
Yay!!!! I didn't really like the lighting of that first photo so Imma show you another one from before she baked them! :D

Twoshday :P 10/19/2010

Good morning!! XD Just kidding.

So this morning was nice, it was another "amg, my friends are totally amazing" thing.  We weren't like sharing personal feelings and stories like yesterday, we were just having an honest good time! :D  You know how some people are so immature and silly and you're like "wow, annoying.  what a little kid"?  Well a lot of my friends (including myself!) are like that but when they tell actual jokes or have sarcastic remarks they're really smart!!!  My friends are witty and it just makes hanging around them more pleasurable because there jokes have actual meaning, something original to be amused by instead of 'your mom' jokes and such.  (Which by the way are old, annoying, and offensive.)

:D So yuppie!!!! I ♥ Kamryn, she's such an chiztastic friend and she has freckles like me! :D  Tehe and she's short like me! ^-^

Classes were...  cool today I guess :]] I like A-Days better because I have more involved classes but I still like B-Days because I have Ballet!!  And German!  Auf Deutsch!  (As Herr Hardy repeats over and over again in class! :P)

Rehearsal was sooooorta hard, Jared was in a 'I've had enough, this play is crap and we go on in little over a week' mood which I understand.  Cause it's true.  But anyway, at first I couldn't make my voice project whatsoever so he had to call lights like three times before we could actually get through the scene.  Once we did though it was like bam, lights up, next scene.  We didn't have to redo it :]]  But I really need to practice my entrance >.< It's really difficult because I have to be in a hurry but there's stairs I have to go down really quickly that don't have a rail!!  So to distract from me awkwardly trying not to fall down the stairs, I need to do my part better than ever! :D Wah.  Okay, I whined.  Now the good part, I felt like when we did the part with the mob trying to kill me I did SOOOO much better than before, I even tried to run away from them and they wouldn't let me get away which by itself made it so much more intense and awesome :]]

Alrighty, I owe you random facts! :PP

♥ Days until Opening Night!: 9. Chiz, dude.
♥ Website of the day: Pretty great! :D
♥ Favorite snack of the day: Scooby Doo fruit snacks. Soooo good! :9
♥ kranberrie fact of the day: My favorite perfume is vanilla.  Not brown sugar vanilla or any other weird combination, just plain vanilla.
♥ Chapstick flavor of the day: Blueberry and Blackberry :D Mixed :9

My new recipe tonight is from this website I recently found (Recently as in less than ten minutes ago) Lovin' From the Oven and it's so fun and cute to read! :D

Pumpkin and Cream Cheese Muffins with Pecan Streusel

  • 8 ounces cream cheese, softened
  • 1 cup confectioners’ sugar
  • 1 tablespoon vanilla
  • 1/2 cup all-purpose flour
  • 1/3 cup sugar
  • 1/4 cup pecans, chopped finely
  • 3 tablespoons unsalted butter, melted
  • 1/2 teaspoon cinnamon
Pumpkin Batter:
  • 2 cups all-purpose flour
  • 2 cups sugar
  • 2 teaspoons baking powder
  • 1/4 teaspoon baking soda
  • 1 1/2 tablespoons pumpkin pie spice
  • 2 teaspoons cinnamon
  • 1/2 teaspoon salt
  • 15 oz can of pumpkin
  • 3 eggs
  • 1/3 cup vegetable oil
  • 1 teaspoon vanilla extract

For the Cream Cheese Filling: Beat the cream cheese and confectioners’ sugar until smooth. Add the vanilla, and blend to combine. Place the mixture in a bowl and put in the freezer until batter is ready.

For the Pecan Streusel: Combine flour, sugar, pecans, butter, and cinnamon. Set aside.
For the Pumpkin Batter:
  1. Heat oven to 350 degrees F. Line 24 muffin/cupcake cups. Set aside.
  2. In a large bowl, lightly beat the pumpkin, eggs, oil, and vanilla.
  3. Mix in the dry ingredients (flour, sugar, baking powder, baking soda, and spices) into the wet mixture until just combined.
  4. Remove the cream cheese from the freezer.
  5. Evenly divide half of the batter among the muffin cups. Place about a tablespoon of the cream cheese mixture in the center of each cupcake. Fill with the remaining batter, completely covering the cream cheese.
  6. Sprinkle some of the pecan streusel on top of each muffin.
  7. Bake until a toothpick comes out clean, about 20 to 25 minutes. Cool on wire racks.

That recipe is so good I just took a bite out of it! :D Hahaha just kidding, that's her picture, not mine! ^-^  Did I mention she's a good photographer as well??

Soooooooooo goodnight to all and to all a goodnight! :D Tehe haha :P

Monday Night :]] 10/18/2010

Why is Christmas approaching so slowly?????!!!!!!!!!!  I hate snow and cold weather, I love Oregon winter weather where IF it snows its only a tiny bit and for three days max!  BUT!  I am so chizzin excited to make treats for people (and puppies! :D) that I want it to be in like 2 weeks, not TWO MONTHS!  I'm sorta excited to make something for Thanksgiving, but Christmas is just so much more joyful and hoppy and happy and jumpy and skippy!!!!!! :D Argh.  I even planned out what days I'm going to bake what things and for who!  I'm going nuts!!  Patience is a virtue, right?  I'm too young to have virtues!! >.<  Wahh.  K, done whining for the most part!  :D

How was your day???  Mine was alright! :]]

So!! Today during 'rehearsal break' (not really rehearsal break, just when Director wants us to leave so he can focus on like a 3 person scene or something so we hang in the halls) I was talking to my friend, Adam.  He recently had a really personal and sad thing happen to him and he's now back at school.  First of all, :D I missed him, and second of all, it's truly something when you realize how great of friends you have!  I love you Adam, you're a really awesome friend and I feel I can really share experiences with you because we can relate.  It's hard to get through things alone and I know everyone says they understand but it's never true unless they've experienced it.  It's nice to know you really understand and I've finally found someone that I can truly confide in :]] So thanks and glad you're back, hope everything is starting to look up again. ♥

Hey!!!!! This random person, Indie. Tea, commented on my blog yesternight and it made me smile! :D  I was wondering thouuuugh.... How did she find my blog?  Why is she reading my blog??  Is my blog starting to branch out or something?! I wasn't offended by her comment at all, don't get me wrong, it's just odd because nobody has actually just randomly done that before, just people I know!!  So that excites me to no end! :D  If you could, please tell me how you found my blog on your comments! :]]  I'm interested! :D

Random facts.... Nah, not tonight because I still have to finish this cup of Gingerbread Tea (:9) and do some stuff before bed!! It's almost 9:30 right now :P

Recipe tonight! :D (from again!)

Cheesy Chicken, Bacon, & Avocado Quesadillas

Cheesy Chicken, Bacon & Avocado Quesadillas
4 medium-sized flour tortilla shells
1 lb chicken, cut into bite-sized pieces
salt and pepper
1/2 cup scallions, diced
8 strips of bacon, cooked & crumbled
1 avocado, diced
mild cheddar cheese, shredded
2 tbsp butter
Arrange bacon on a cooling rack (like for cookies) and set it on top of sheet pan. If you don’t have a cooling rack, you can just put the bacon straight on the sheet pan. Or in a 9×13 baking dish. Either way will work. Place bacon in a cold oven, turn heat to 400, and cook 15 mins per side.
Add 1/2 tbsp bacon drippings to a skillet over medium heat. Add the scallions and saute about 2-3 mins until softened. Add the chicken in a single layer, season with salt and pepper, and cook for about 5 mins or until chicken is golden and cooked through, flipping just once during cooking. Remove the chicken and scallions to a plate and rinse out the skillet.
Add about 1/2 tbsp butter to the skillet over medium heat. When foamy, add a tortilla and swirl it around to get it nice and buttery. Layer one side of the tortilla with chicken, bacon, avocado, and a little cheese. Use tongs to flip the other half of the tortilla over and press down. Cook the tortilla for about 1-2 mins on each side or until golden brown and crispy.
Repeat with the rest of the tortillas, adding a little more butter for each tortilla as needed. Eat & enjoy!
Makes 4 quesadillas.

Dee to the chizzin lish!!! (Deelish?! Hahahaha X]])

Gute Nacht!

Sunday! :D 10/17/2010

On to me now :]]

This morning my mom made weird but tasty eggs with bell pepper and tomatoes in it! :D Thanks mom!

So anywaysss :D  I started working on my room today!  GUESS WHAT?!  It's done!  I still need to do laundry and then move some things around, but everything is back put away and I can see my floor again!  I worked on it for about 2 1/2 hours! :D  I'm happy it's somewhat clean again!

I will probably post sometime again tonight, who knows, maybe I won't.  But I don't really have much to say today!  I would still like to post a recipe and some NEW random facts!

So!  Recipe!  Today it's from :D

Zucchini & Bacon Lasagna

Zucchini & Bacon Three Cheese Lasagna

Béchamel Sauce:
1 tablespoon butter
1 tbsp flour
1/2 cup milk
Pinch of salt, pepper, & freshly grated nutmeg
1 zucchini, diced
1 tbsp olive oil
1 clove garlic, minced
1/2 tsp salt & pepper
3 ounces fontina cheese, shredded
1/2 cup Parmesan cheese, grated
6 slices bacon, cooked and cut into bite sized pieces
1 egg
1/2 tsp salt & pepper
1 cup of your favorite marinara or spaghetti sauce
3 oz smoked mozzarella cheese
4 oven ready (no boil) lasagna noodles
Dice zucchini, add garlic, coat with 1 tbsp olive oil and season with 1/2 tsp each salt and pepper. Roast in an 8×8 baking dish at 400 degrees for 15 mins until soft. Leave oven on at 400, and save the 8×8 dish for the lasagna.
Combine the zucchini, bacon, Parmesan, fontina, egg, 1/2 tsp salt and 1/2 tsp black pepper in a medium bowl to blend. Set aside.
To make the béchamel sauce: Melt 1 tbsp butter in a heavy medium saucepan over medium-low heat. Add the flour and whisk for 3 minutes. Whisk in the milk. Increase the heat to medium-high. Whisk the sauce until it comes to a simmer and is thick and smooth, about 3 minutes. Whisk a pinch of salt, pepper, and nutmeg into the béchamel sauce.
Pour the béchamel sauce into the bottom of the 8×8 dish. Top with 2 lasagna noodles, the zucchini mixture, 2 more lasagna noodles, the marinara sauce, mozzarella cheese, and a little more parmesan cheese to top.
Cover tightly with foil. Bake at 400 until heated through and the sauce bubbles, about 20 minutes. Uncover and bake until the cheese on top becomes golden, about 15 minutes longer. Let stand for 10 minutes.
Makes 4 servings.

Yawwn!! :D Sat Night, 10/16/2010

So I've had an awesome couple of days! :D

I was totally expecting a boring four day weekend, but on Friday my aunt Jen and cousin Julia (grrr) came to my Nana's house and they never visit anymore cause they're rich and live in a spot away from everyone.  So that was nice to see them!  I took Jules for a little picnic at the local elementary school playground and we ate chips, Zingers, and Ho-Ho's! :D And water bottles, but who cares about water??! :P  Then, she left and my cousin Mickel (grrr) came over to my Nana's too and he had to spend the night.  BLUCKY!  So I spent the night in my aunt Ash's room which was strangely fun.  I always forget it's really fun to hang out with her!!!!! :D I watched Juno while she read Breaking Dawn and baby Jordan slept in her playpen!
Then, today I woke up at like 8:20 cause Jordan was crying!  Which is okay, cause she's a cute babeh!  And guess what?????!!!!!  ASHLEY LET ME HAVE HER COWBOYS BLANKET! :D  Cowboys are my favorite and now I have their BLANKET!  Yeep!!  Thanks, Ash! :D So yeah, I was kind of bored all morning until Jen and Jules came over again and we all hung out.  It was fun, seens how since Jen and Jules never come out we never get to hang with them!

Theeen my madre picked me up and we went to HOBBY LOBBY! :D  Hobby Lobby's pretty amazing!  It was my mom's first time there.  I bought a Betty Boop bandanna, a white and black paisley bandanna, a star shaped cookie cutter and a dog biscuit shaped cookie cutter! :]]  I got so many cool little thingies this weekend!  :D Then we got some stuff for her Halloween costume at a thrift store and attempted grocery shopping.

THEN.  I came home.  Guess what I did?  I went on a date! :D WITH MY DAD! :D  At first we were going to go to a movie but there is like no good movies out atm at all!  Well, besides Easy A but I don't think that'd be a good movie to see with the father person ;]].  So we were going to go mini golfing or bowling but then I remembered something!  It's Halloween month, dude!  Haunted houses!  We ended up going to Nightmare on 13th and MAN.  I was almost crying at the beginning because I didn't know how to react.  It was totally awesome and really fun!  I was my dad's tumor the whole time, I couldn't let go of him!  My favorite part was umm the green fog tunnel thingy with all the people (REAL people) popping out and at the very end of the tunnel the girl who stepped in front of me and said "I'm walking on sunshine!"  It was scary chiz!  You know how if you really have to pee and you sneeze you pee a little??  Well that tunnel was so scary that I did that.  Without the sneeze!  It was only a little, but STILL!  So anyway :]] That was chizzin awesome and then we went to Arctic Circle and got shakes!!  My dad got a pumpkin fudge shake, I got a raspberry strawberry shake and we got my mom a cheesecake shake.  Then we got home and all watched the new Slipknot DVD! :D  So exciting, yes?!

And there's still one day left.  Lol!  I think tomorrow I'm going to complete Christmas present planning, complete and print my workout plan and clean my room!! There's not much to do but put things back and do laundry but still! :D  So I hope y'all had an AMAZING UEA weekend, cause I did fosho!

My recipe tonight is another doggy treat one! :D I'm sorry, I know I should put human treats but I have to share this!! I'm going to make these and hand them out to all the dog owners I know for Christmas! :D cute, huh?  And I'm going to make little star cookies for the humans to enjoy, themselves! :D You see why I got the cookie cutters at Hobby Lobby?? :]]  Any hoo! ^-^

I got this recipe (and pics!)  from Crave. Indulge. Satisfy.  :9

Honey Love Dog Biscuits

Makes 2 to 3 pounds biscuits

2 1/2 cups whole-wheat flour
1/2 cup soy flour or white corn flour
1/2 cups nonfat dry milk
6 tablespoons vegetable shortening
1 large egg
1/2 cup honey
1/2 cup fresh beef or chicken broth, or sufficient for processing

  • Position rack in the center of the oven and preheat at 350 degrees. Have two ungreased baking trays ready.
  • In a large bowl, using a fork or wire whisk, combine the two flours and dry milk. Using a pastry cutter or two knives, cut in the shortening until the mixture resembles fine crumbs.
  • In a small bowl, using a wire whisk or electric mixer on medium speed, beat the egg until foamy before beating in the honey and broth.
  • Using a large spoon, a spatula, or your hands, combine the mixes, blending until mixture pulls away from the sides of the bowl and forms a soft dough.
  • Turn the dough onto a lightly floured flat surface, and using a rolling pin, roll it out to 1/4 to 1/2 inch thick. Using the cookie cutters provided in this kit, cut out as many biscuits as you can, reworking the scraps as you go. The dough will become very stiff as it is reworked.
  • Place the biscuits side by side on the baking trays and bake for 18 to 20 minutes or until the biscuits appear very dry and the edges are light golden brown. Remove the trays from the oven and cool to room temperature. Turn off the oven.
  • When the biscuits have cooled completely, put all of them on a single baking tray and return them to the cooling oven. Leave them undisturbed, without opening the oven door, for 8 to 16 hours.
  • Please Note: Some dogs may be allergic to corn-based products. Biscuits also contain honey.

Thursday night! :D 10/14/2010

Hello and welcome to a very long post! :D

The first thing I have to say is VISIT KEVIN AND AMANDA!!!!!  Her post on October 14th, 2010 is the absolute CUTEST post I have ever read.  I will not tell you anything about it because I want it to be a total surprise.  Come on, if you care at all about me and my blog you will LOOK AT IT!  Her post on October 12th, 2010 is amazing as well!  It's about her trip to the Blogher convention, I am so jealous of her!  She got to meet Paula Deen's two sons!  So lucky!  She got to eat lots of yummy (and pretty) food too and took classes and hung out with cool people and aaaackkkk!!!  I was so fascinated reading this and sucked into the adventure of the convention, I can't wait until I'm older and richer so I can do things like this!  She made it seem so exciting to even read about it!  READ IT!!!!!! PLEASE!

Anyway, now onto my day! ^-^

This morning we went to breakfast before my parents dropped me off at my Nan's so they could go to work on UEA weekend!  (They should get a four day weekend too!  Especially because my daddy is sick and my mom is pregnant!)

Then I hung out with my Papa for a bit until he went to work and then I fell asleep on the couch until I got woken up.  And guess what I accomplished today?!

I have this list of eighteen things I want to do before I'm eighteen (I might post that sometime :]]) and I got to check one off today!!! :D  It was to complete a sudoku puzzle!!!!!!!!!!!!!  I did it!  I did the one from the paper this morning!  It took me a little over an hour but I did it!  And I cut it out and Imma keep it! :D I was really proud of myself because I HATE sudoku, it's my worst enemy; it's hard and oh yeah, it's hard!  I am not a logical person, I'm an ARTIST!  I shouldn't have to use logic!  >.<  I completed it though, despite my hatred towards the stupid things!  It was frustrating, especially in the beginning when I could hardly figure anything out cause there was only a few numbers on it and at the end because well, because.  At the end almost every empty box could either be a 2 or a 9 so I had to keep guessing until they all fit.  So yeah!  I'm super proud!

Oh!  You know what I just realized???  I haven't been indenting my paragraphs on my blogs!  That's so bad of me! D:  I'm ashamed!  I will never do it again!  I hope!

So now I have FIVE followers, HOORAY!  My new follower is Agatha, she's pretty amazing and she's from Europe so she spells things in a cool way!  Instead of just one o, it's ou.  :D  She's a makeup artist so all of her posts are educating and fun! :D  Also, she's getting into photography so it's fun to see all the new pretty photos she's taking!  I love her blog!  Thanks for following me! :D

I used to have a workout routine and plan, it switched every day of the week and I gave myself two days where I could just run so those were like my 'break days'.  Unfortunately when school started again I got really busy and it sort of slipped away into space.  So I'm making a new one and I'm going to add ballet into it so I can practice and workout all in one! :D I will be posting it once I have it completely down, I'm still working out a few things that I can't decide on.  My friend that I follow and that follows me is also trying to get into shape and get some muscle so she will be using it too! :D  I read in Fitness magazine that with most women, if they focus more on being strong and healthy instead of tall and skinny, they don't feel so bad about their weight and they are actually the taller and skinnier ones.  In this world of anorexia and bulimia it's hard for girls to be proud of their weight but even I am trying to be because a happier woman is a healthier woman.  (That's no excuse to eat a whole box of Ho-Ho's though! ..Is it?)  Plus, women usually see themselves as ten to twenty pounds heavier than they really are, despite what the scale says!  And men don't marry the stick figures, they marry the curvy ones!

I'm listening to Carry Me by Papa Roach! :D

     Random facts! :D

Wednesday (Friday!) Night :]] 10/13/2010

Guten tag!  Well, rather Guten Nacht but still! :D

How are you?  Good?  Good.  Oh me?  I'm good too. :]]

I don't have much to say tonight because I have early morning plans but still, I wanted to pop in and say something!

FOUR DAY WEEKENDS SUCK!!!!!!  I love school because of my three performing arts classes and when I have nothing to do I get bored!  Luckily, I will be busy most of this weekend but still!  I miss schoolio!  :D At least I'll have time to redo my room since all of my furniture is squished together because of the stupid bug spray appointment thingy that never happened!

Anyway!  Would you like a recipe and some random facts??  Yes?  Cool.

Marshmallow Cupcakes from Crave. Indulge. Satisfy. that she got from Paula Dean recipe or something :D

Ingredients:1 cup butter, softened
2 cups sugar
4 large eggs

Add flour and milk, alternately, to butter mixture, beginning and ending with flour. Add vanilla and continue to beat until just mixed. Divide batter equally among cupcake liners.
  • Bake mini cupcakes for 14 minutes. (If you are baking three cake layers bake for 25 to 30 minutes, or until done).

Sunday Nightness! 10/10/10!

IT'S TEN TEN TEN!!!!!!!! :D Hoorah!

Hello! :]]

Today was uhhhh nothing to blog about, just a boring Sunday full of housework :P So Imma post about random crapohla!!!

The world has no idea who I am, does it?  Well that's okay because things are safer that way ;D  But I will tell you some things!

What's my favorite color? Hmm, PURPLE. When I was like 5 or 6 and I got my ears pierced for the first time I chose blue studs because blue was my favorite color.  I still have one of the studs from that day :]]  But over time I got my ears pierced at least three more times.  I would never leave my earrings in so they always closed up XD  You know what's funny though?  I have the studs from each of those times too and they're all blue... You see, I like to mix around what my 'favorites' are and it seems my favorite color always goes back to blue.  Purple has been my favorite color for like 4 years, my longest time of keeping a favorite the same but blue is my second favorite :]]  Just an interesting observation of me! :D

What's my favorite school subject?  Up until this year (since now I go to a performing arts school) it was always English :]]  I've been writing stories since I was 7 or 8.  I LOVE to write.  (As you can probably tell from my looooooong blogs XD) I have over 50 unfinished fiction stories on my laptop but not one finished story :]] I've never been a diary type person like most authors but it turns out I kind of am now because of this blog! :D So anyway, I have always been a great speller (Well, until a few years ago) and loved English class because we got to learn how to write correctly!  :D I'm not into it much anymore, the last story I wrote was around a year ago but I still love to read.  The reason I got obsessed over acting was because I love to write but I always got bored of my stories because seeing them in my mind wasn't enough.  I wanted them to be real, I wanted to touch and feel the objects and speak verbally with the characters.  I wanted to be the characters.  Then I found acting :]]  Which is exactly what I wanted.  I can write things and then I can BE them, I can MAKE the story real.  I can also BE other people's stories, I can make them come to life too and for me that's the definition of magic.

So I'll stop boring you with random Kranberrie facts and post a recipe and different random facts! :D

Recipe for tonight is.... hm.. gotta find one.

Chocolate Peanut Butter Dip

1/3 cup low fat plain yogurt
2 Tablespoons chocolate syrup
1/4 cup creamy peanut butter
4 cups fresh fruits and vegetables cut into easy-to-dip shapes (such as carrot and celery sticks and sliced cucumbers, apples and pears)
1 teaspoon chocolate or colored sprinkles (optional)

In a medium-size bowl, beat yogurt and chocolate syrup with electric mixer on medium speed until well-blended.
In a microwavable bowl, heat the peanut butter at 70 percent power for one minute or until melted.  Stir after the first 30 seconds.
Using oven mitts to hold the bowl, pour the melted peanut butter into the chocolate yogurt mixture and stir until smooth.
Serve with fruits and vegetables.  Dribble dipped treats with candy sprinkles, if desired.

Recipe from The National Peanut Bord :D

Hope it's yummy for you! :D

My recipe for today is from :D I found this sight by reading the posts on :D

Oreo Truffle Surprise Cookies

2 sticks softened butter
3/4 Cup granulated sugar
3/4 Cup packed brown sugar
2 large eggs
1 Tablespoon pure vanilla
3 1/2 Cups all purpose flour
1/2 teaspoon kosher salt
1 teaspoon baking soda
2 Cups chocolate chips
21 Oreos
3 oz softened cream cheese

1.  Preheat oven to 350 degrees F.  In a stand or electric mixer beat butter and sugars until well combined.  Add eggs and vanilla; beat until combined.
2.  Place flour, salt and baking soda into a large bowl; mix.  Add to wet ingredients along with chocolate chips.  Mix until just combined.
3.  Place Oreos into a food processor or blender, mix until finely ground.  Place into a bowl and mix with cream cheese until dough forms.  Take 1 Tablespoon of dough and roll into a ball.  Continue until all dough has been rolled, you should get 36 balls, enough for all of the cookie dough.
4.  With a large cookie scoop, scoop dough onto a silpat or parchment lined baking sheet.  Press a little hole into center of dough and put Oreo Truffle inside, cover cookie dough around Oreo Truffle so it’s hidden in the middle.  Bake for 13-15 minutes or until edges of cookies just begin to turn golden brown.  Remove and let cool on baking sheet for 5 minutes before transferring to cooling rack.  Now… up :D

36 large cookies

Enjoy! :D

Monday night! :D 10/4/2010

Hello and welcome to my blog! :DD haha...

So this morning was not very good :[ but first period, voice for the singer, was :]]  I don't really like the song we're singing, If Music Be The Food Of Love, because first of all it takes a million years to type the title!  :P  But it's still really fun to sing.  Also, we listened to some stuff from Rent, my favorite musical even though I haven't seen it! :D  I've heard all the songs though and know the story line of it.  :]]

Second period, theatre was really fun, we did the rest of the two person scenes and then we played zipzapzop and the game where one person makes a noise and does a movement and the whole circle repeats it immediately and then another person does it until we've gone three times around the circle.  I always love theatre class :D

Third and fourth period were both okay and then I went to rehearsal.  ://  Rehearsal was NO FUN today because remember how I told you everyone pushes me around and yells at me and stuff?  Well today everyone took it a bit too far by pulling my hair really hard and pushing me really hard against a brick wall with their forearm to my throat.  My head did not feel good being slammed against that brick wall >.<  So I had a veryyyyyyy bad headache for a while but now I'm fine. :D Gonna have to have a talk with the director about their actions today!  Sorry guys, but don't hurt me next time!

So tonight my dad asked what he could do to make me feel better and I told him *jokingly* gum.  So my mom gave me a piece of key lime gum :DDDDD yummy!!

Randomness for tonight:

♥ Word of the day: Zipzapzop!
♥ Wish of the day: I wish I will never get hurt in rehearsal again! (and I have another wish because that wish is selfish) and I wish that parents start to understand their children a bit better, resolving a lot of conflicts :]]
♥ Giggle of the day: The white horse fell into the mud! XD  What a dirty joke!
♥ Loves of the day: I loooooooove... my guy friend that made me feel better by singing the Don't Worry, Be Happy song today on the bus, the version that those old fish that are on the wall sing.  Remember those?? :]]
♥ Song of the day: Fragile - Kerli
♥ Line from my play of the day: Briefly, I dwell by the stadium!
♥ Teacher Appreciation of the day:  Bethany Hansen! :D BEST ballet teacher EVER.

Recipe for tonight?? Hmm.. gimmee a minute..

Cake Mix Cookies :D

1 cake mix
1/3 cup oil
2 eggs

mix, mix, mix

Bake at 350 for 8-10 minutes :D

Me and my mom used to both make those a lot :D they're so good!  And one time in junior high I made them for one of my classes :D  I think it was.. speech class??  some weird class that was supposedly required preparation for debate class the next year that they canceled anyway!!!!!! Oh well, I go to a better school now! :D

Goodnight friends and enjoy your Cakies! :D (our nickname for cake mix cookies)

Loves n kisses n all sortsa wishes,

Sunday Night :]] 10/3/2010

There's a Nat on the computer screen and it's annoying! :O

Hello :]] Today has been oooooddd...

But good! :D I've been feeling really chill today, abnormal for kranberrie! :P  This morning my alarm went off at 6:30 because I usually only let myself sleep in one or two hours later than weekdays... but I was bad and hit snooze -.- I am ashamed.  I slept in until TEN THIRTY.  Now tonight I won't be able to fall asleep and tomorrow morning I'll be realllly tired :[[ That was so bad of me.  Anyway, I had leftover crepes for breakfast :DD yummeh!

I can't even remember what I did until lunch time... I think I just looked around at blogs and then practiced ballet in my room for like half an hour and then blogged some more until my dad's friend got here.  Then I had chili-mac for lunch! (woo hoo for loads of leftover meals, right?!) Guess what I did next?  You guessed it; Blogger.  Then I took an hour long shower and finally cleaned my hair! :D Now it's soft but I need to straighten it.

Tonight dinner was amaaaaaaaaaaazing.  It was steak with these super yummy mushrooms and onions and green pepper, lots of yumminess and it was all cooked together so it had this delicious essence to it.  It was seriously uh-may-zing.  So good.

Saturday Night :D 10/2/2010

Aloha! I was saying goodbye. JK! :D Hello! :DD

Soooooooo after I posted this morning I literally stayed on blogger until about 1 pm when I had Ramen with Tapatio in it for lunch (Yum :9).  I was spending most of my time updating my side bar and looking on and admiring her posts and wishing I had all of her yummy products :]] I put them on my Christmas list that I printed for my family. :D I also read for about an hour and a half on about makeup tips and such.  The girl that does that blog is from the UK and super adorable! :D I think it said she's a makeup artist or something.  I worship those blogs today!

Then while I was on one of those blogs there was a knock at the door.  I thought it was my dad's friend that was supposed to be coming over so I decided to wait for my dad to answer it.  I am SO glad I gave up and answered the door myself, it was my brother!!!!!!!!!!!!! :DDDDDD  I LOVE, LOVE, LOVE my big brother so much, he's so freaking awesome and since he's nine years older than me he's mature and isn't mean to me :]] Unless he's being playful! :P  We had an awesome day together, sitting on the couch asking each other what we should do.  We had fettuccine Alfredo with lemon pepper grilled shrimp that my parent's made for dinner! :D Then we had Artic Circle pumpkin shakes for dessert :D

Sadly, he left about ten minutes ago because he has a date with his girlfriend but I hope he'll drop by soon again! :D Since he's an adult he has a job though and doesn't have much free time :[[ That makes the time we do get to spend together much more cool though! :]] I ♥ You Brother!

Okayyyy so ready for random facts??

♥ Word of the day: Magnanimous :]]
♥ Wish of the day: I wish that those with a positive spirit spread it around as much as possible! :D

:DD Saturday Morning 10/2/2010

Morning those who read, :]]

Okay so this is the craziest Saturday morning of my LIFE so far.  Let's post the craziness in order.  You ready for this??

1. I woke up to my mom and dad LAUGHING in their room at 6:00 AM<<< yes!!!! AM!
2. My dad woke me up as I was falling back asleep asking if I wanted to go to IHOP with them.
*?!?!?!  My answer?? well umm lets see how could I say yes when it was SIX AM on a SATURDAY?! butuhh... how could I say no when it was IHOP??!!!! And also, what in the galaxy is my insomniac father doing awake at 6:00 AY EHM on a SATURDAY??
3. I said yes and woke up the rest of the way.  I only had to wait like TWO minutes to get in the bathroom, the QUICKEST my mom has ever gotten ready to go somewhere!!!!!!!!
4. The stupid place wasn't even freaking open! Yes!!!! I know!! Crazy! What do the lonely truckers do when they want IHOP at 4:00 AM?
5. Since it wasn't open until 7, we sat in the car and talked just waiting for them to open the doors.  Boringness but not boringness because it was actually fun.  Sitting in a car with my parents for twenty minutes being fun??? What is the world coming too?!
6. I got the Crepes Passport Express with over easy eggs, sausage and bacon and Fresh Fruit Crepes. DELICIOUS TO THE YUM. Before this morning I have never had REFRESHING crepes in my LIFE! They had gorrrgeousssssss and yummmmyyyyy fruit and this yogurt saucy stuff and it was the best thing I've eaten since we went to Sizzler.  Of course I didn't finish it because I got tired of fruity and wanted salty breakfast taste.  But I have the left overs in the fridge right now! :D
7. I found the most amazing site in the whole inter webs.  No joke, this isn't even for advertising's sake. they have delicious recipes, cute animals, nifty craft patterns, everything you could ever dream of.  And boy does Amanda have a cute sense of humor :]] you smile every time reading her posts.  Please just take a click at this site, you won't regret it.  I promise.
